Product Description:
High titanium slag, also known as a slag-forming and arc-stabilizing agent, is a commonly used mineral macromolecular raw material in welding materials manufacturing, used in the production of welding electrode coatings. Its main differences lie in titanium dioxide content, impurity control, and physical particle size.
Welding grade titanium slag electrodes are used as a welding material additive, produced using a 3150KVA submerged arc furnace (electric arc furnace) reduction smeltin,g and fine grinding production technology. Its high TiO2 retention rate significantly improves the reactivity during downstream coating synthesis, resulting in a good appearance, excellent coating anti-collapse performance, and superior overall performance.
High-performance welding electrodes synthesized with this product have advantages such as good arc stability, low spatter, easy slag removal, beautiful welds, good durability, no corrosion of the base metal, and environmental friendliness. Product Characteristics:
