I. Power Distribution Station

The smelting of high-titanium slag relies on a stable power supply. Jinwing Titanium Industry is equipped with a standardized power distribution room and a precision power distribution cabinet system. II. Chemical Analysis

Our chemical analysis center is the core part of the factory. Here, professional technicians conduct "full analysis" on each batch of raw materials and finished products:

Precise component determination:  Focusing on the detection of titanium dioxide content, ensuring strict adherence to the 90% or 92% indicator requirements.

Strict impurity control: Micro-analysis is performed on impurity elements such as iron (Fe), silicon (Si), calcium (Ca), and magnesium (Mg) to ensure that the product has excellent purity and meets the stringent standards of downstream chlorination processes.

Standardized operation: On the spacious and clean laboratory benches, various chemical reagents and glass instruments are neatly arranged, and standard titration methods and physical and chemical analysis methods are strictly followed.

III. Physical Inspection

In addition to chemical composition analysis, the physical characteristics of high-titanium slag are equally crucial. Jinwing Titanium Industry is equipped with advanced testing equipment (including high-temperature drying ovens, precision balances, muffle furnaces, etc.) for measuring:

Moisture and volatile matter: Ensuring the dryness of the product before packaging and transportation.

Particle size distribution: Monitoring the physical form of the slag particles to ensure their efficient conversion in subsequent smelting or reactions.
