Refractory-grade High Titanium Slag, also known as high-titanium refractory aggregate, is a special mineral raw material commonly used in high-temperature industrial manufacturing for the production of high-performance refractory materials. Its main differences lie in titanium dioxide content, high-temperature physical properties, and chemical corrosion resistance.
Ti slag is used as a refractory additive, produced using a 3150KVA submerged arc furnace (electric arc furnace) high-temperature smelting and graded selection production technology. Its high TiO2 retention rate significantly improves the reactivity during the synthesis of downstream refractory products, resulting in a good appearance, excellent high-temperature anti-collapse performance, and superior overall performance.
High-performance refractory materials synthesized from this product have the advantages of high refractoriness, good thermal shock stability, strong resistance to slag erosion, good volume stability, good durability, no pollution to molten metal, and environmental friendliness. They can be used for on-site construction of high-temperature industrial furnaces and kilns and for long-distance material storage.
90 refractory-grade high-titanium slag is suitable for various large-scale high-temperature engineering projects, such as steel smelting furnaces and glass kilns, which require high refractory limits and spalling resistance; standard particle size slag is more suitable for applications requiring excellent construction performance and corrosion resistance.
Product Characteristics:
In the synthesis of refractory products, 90% Ti slag usually exhibits high reactivity and thermophysical stability. Its dosage is relatively precise, and the TiO2 content can reach over 90%. At the same time, it also has good plasticity (small volume change at high temperatures) and durability.
